We have installation and support technicians available nationwide. Our service professionals operate out of major metropolitan areas, remote locations may be unserviceable or take longer to accommodate and arrange for a technician. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Is there a service guarantee for my installation?
Yes, we provide a 100% guarantee on services for 30 days. If there are any problems with workmanship, please contact us immediately. We are committed to satisfaction!
When will my tech arrive?
Once you have scheduled service, a technician will be assigned to match the needs of your case. We strive for 100% timeliness, if your tech is late, let us know immediately and we can update your status. While things happen, we work diligently to ensure the accuracy of our scheduling and dispatch of technicians.
How skilled are your technicians?

Our technicians work on a fixed rate basis. Additional charges for remote travel, extra services and additional devices may apply. You'll receive an exact quote for your services during booking.
Can I pay the tech directly?
No, please do not provide direct payment to our technicians. All payments are arranged through are support department. We do NOT accept cash or check payment while techs are onsite.
